I have been on here consistently a week now. I've been doing the 21 day challenge for new Spark members and watching what I eat and drink. I've been drinking A LOT more water, and my food intake has been decent. I've been eating more fruits and veggies daily which I know is something I really need to work on. My food intake isn't perfect, i'm still learning the basics on nutrition, so swapping out a greasy or cheesy lunch and replacing it with a self serve salad bar or an extra side of green veggies is definitely a big step for me, especially being consistent all week.
So far so good, have not weighed myself yet, but i'm only weighing myself every Sunday. I'm honestly not expecting any change since I have not been doing this for long, but if I can survive a week, I hope its a good platform for me to grow and learn into this healthy life style. YAY
