Keep being an athlete. As girls we were ALL discouraged from being that, and we had very little opportunity in most cases to learn to be dancers or gymnasts. So, just do it now and enjoy competing against yourself.

I've lost 35 pounds!!!! I'm beginning to believe that I'll reach my goal of 50 pounds lost. I've changed my lifestyle. I'm no longer a couch potato - I'm an athlete! Well, I don't do any sports, but I run, walk and hike and I can keep up with the men in my family.
