Congratulations!! I was stuck at 151 and 152 for the longest time. After doing a lot of reading on nutrition and stalled weight, I eliminated my daily cottage cheese from my diet. I am convinced it was the lactose hiding in there from the milk. I am now closer to my goal. We can do this!

I have lost 7 pounds since Jan 1st. I was telling this to my niece and how I wish it was more. She reminded me that it was 1 or 2 pounds a week so I guess this is a 'woo-hoo' moment.
Second, when I got behind the wheel in the car today I noticed the steering wheel was further away from my stomach. My stomach used to be right up at the steering wheel. Today I could put my fingers between my stomach and the steering wheel. So another 'woo-hoo' moment! I wish I could find my measuring tape so I could keep a record of the inches.
