That is great. I read one time a statement by a famous (but humble) health-bodybuilder expert who said "Men think they get in shape to impress women, but the real people who are impressed are other men, since they have great admiration for a guy who takes care of himself, although they'd never admit it to him." i have always believed that is true.
That is fantastic.!!. I have been off sodas for about 2 weeks. That is an accomplishment for me. That was hard but I feel so much better since.

That is awesome. The challenge to daily commit is what has been working for me. I am somewhat sad that I didn't take all my measurements like you when I started but I am very happy with how I feel, how my clothes fit, and what the scale says. I am truly enjoying the healthier lifestyle. Congrats!!

Started trying to better my health about 1 month ago. I started at 286 and was very sedentary. I bought a bike and started doing simple 10 minute exercise video routines every other day. I have lost 4 inches in my waist, 3 inches in my hips, 1 inch in my thighs, and gained a 1/2 inch in my upper arms. I now weight 271.6, a grand total of 14.4 pounds lost! 11 pounds left until my first goal is met, 21 until my second goal. 71.6 until final goal!
