I made healthy, tasty foods to eat today. My regular routine of eating, basically, the same types of meals each day, had to change, and change it did. I'm adding more cheese, nuts, legumes, and a bigger variety of fruit such as, I bought cherries. Cherries are so healthy and delicious. I really enjoyed some today.
