I joined a fitness club called Active Age that concentrates on small classes and functional fitness. It is perfect for me. We have a lot of core exercises interspersed with upper body and leg work. My fat ratio is going down while my muscle ratio is going up. I also try hard to walk briskly every day. I have made so many changes in my regular diet, it is truly healthy and I've maintained a 55 lb weight loss for over 5 years. I feel great and like I'm 45 when I'm really pushing 67.
