Tricks and fads never work. Going on a diet doesn't work either, because eventually you go back off the diet. Just eat for good health and losing weight will take care of itself.

Always did try different diet tricks, most of which did not last. So I tried the starving diets, the add this and that and they don't work. And now I'm just trying to not eat so many carbs, starchy foods, have more protein and salads too. Also fruits, plenty of fiber too. Somehow it just seems to be the right way. Also not to jump on the bandwagon that says "there's shortcuts", fast, try an expensive diet etc. Just say now to this.
