Just lost my first 3 pounds on SP, bringing me to a total of six since a month ago when I came home from a work trip and realized how much happier I'd be if I were lighter and stronger.
I'm particularly proud that I'm finding out what works for me in terms of daily calories and macronutrient ratios, and that I'm staying focused on what I want to be able to DO with my body, and not how I look. (That's not to judge anyone else whose circumstances are different than mine. I just know that, for me, focusing on looks sends me quickly into a shame spiral whereas focusing on what I can do keeps me positive and excited and invested.)
Overall, I'm pretty pleased with myself!
