Yay! Congrats. I finally reached my first goal. 127 lbs. That's how much I weighed in January before I started to put on weight, and I even think I gained a little bit of muscle :). I only about 1/3 of the way there according to my BMI but it's a great start. Also, I've been having trouble staying on track on the weekends with alcohol and eating out. My friends just don't understand. Anybody have any pointers?
