A pound a week. So if you just quit and do nothing you probably gain fifteen or twenty pounds in the next year. If you keep doing what you're doing, you lose fifty pounds. That makes a pound a week sound pretty good to me, but it's your choice. It's not a plateau if you're losing weight, so way to go, you're doing it!
