I'm working on my 5th good eating day in a row. And although I've done that before, I am delighted to feel like I've got my motivation back and I'm succeeding again in keeping off over 80 pounds!! (80.6 as of today; close to goal weight range now)

The good news is that yesterday (Monday) I stayed on track. I didn't have any artificial sweeteners either. I'm feeling the withdrawal symptoms, but I'm gonna push through it because I know I will be better off. I really feel like I need to start eating a lot cleaner than I have been. I find I've been eating too many low point snack items, and I need to get back to eating more foods from the food pyramid.

I'm also keeping track of my calories to make sure I'm not eating too much and keeping my portions in check.

Overall, I am feeling a lot better.

I've also done Leslie Sansone's 3 mile walking video the last 2 days, so I'm starting to get back with my exercising. Today, I have 3 of Leslie's walking videos coming in. I ordered them with a gift card I got for Christmas. I really like her Walking to the Hits video that I already have, so I am getting the other 2 in that series. Then, I got a 5 mile video too that is supposed to have some hit music. I really like good music when I exercise. I find it pumps me up more.

Next week, I plan to get back into doing some toning exercises with weights. I may have to go back to 1 pound weights. I don't want to overdo it.
