My down fall is the weekend. I eat and drink too much. This weekend I didn't mess up. Counted my drinks and I restarted spark people so I saw a morning mess up and thought around it all day. Now it's the week. I'm more disciplined because just enough food gives me more energy at work and help's me save money. Cheers!
