Remember that the scale doesn't always reflect our progress accurately - one week we retain water, another week we release it, etc. Progress is not always a 'straight line' but you definitely have the right attitude!!
That's a great attitude to have, any loss is a loss!!! Way to go, keep it up

When I weighed myself this morning, I had only lost 0.2 pounds so I was pretty disappointed. But then I stopped and thought that at least it is a loss. It's the right direction even if the number isn't as high as I would have liked. I decided to celebrate the loss instead of focusing on how little of a loss it is.
