I started the Ketogenics diet 9/25/17. I weighed 161 pounds. I need to weigh about 135 or less. The first week I was down 5 pounds. The second week, I started with the keto flu! (It's like going thru withdrawals). Just lovely! NOT! I have now cut out all sugar and carbs. In the past I could eat sugary foods and not feel full. I always seemed to want more food after I've eaten. Now with eating correctly, getting enough proteins and staying away from breads, rice, pasta etc. I have lost 14.8 pounds. Next Saturday is the last weigh in for the Fall 5% challenge. I plan to continue to lose pounds to obtain my 5% goal weight! WooHoo!!! I love it!!
