Introduction Text My name is Mandy. Former fitness junkie trying to get healthy for the right reasons. Lots of big changes and turmoil over the last 3 years and health has not been a priority. I think I'm finally ready to tackle food and exercise. Slow and steady, here I go.

Maintaining my weight at 140 or under. Exercising 1000 minutes per month.

Stopped yo-yoing and have been maintaining since August 2012! Nutrition - Since July 2014, I've been using a photo food tracker app called TwoGrand. For maintenance, focusing on eating healthy 80% and not so healthy 20%. Portions - If 0 is starving and 10 is stuffed, stop eating at a 5. Exercise - various cardio and strength training. Gotta keep it fresh!

I live in a small Texas panhandle town. My favorite activities are playing poker, drinking beer, and cooking.

August 2012 - My maintenance anniversary! Reached 140 lbs! February 2013 - New maintenance range. 136 lbs, +/- 3 lbs
