Introduction Text I am eastern Cherokee and Seneca (nadowaːga)..female age 66, from eastern states. Siyo! (hello to all) Stopped smoking after 54 years. Since then I've been struggling with my weight, but I know I will! YOU CREATE THE LIFE YOU HAVE BY THE WAY YOU THINK.

To get ripped but not bulky, and to lose weight.

I work out at the gym at least 4 times a week. Legs one day, arms/shoulders one day, chest/back one day, then start over again. Cardio, at least 40 minutes at now a 10.5% incline at 2.7 MPH. I burn 300 calories. I've had injuries so I can't go fast yet. YET! LOL! Ab work: Planks, reverse crunches, crunches with weight ball, Decline obliques.

My program, I am unable to do anymore because of chronic acute pain issues.
