I found SparkPeople in July of 2007 when I felt absolutely hopeless about being able to gain control of my eating and lose weight. I learned so much and got so much motivation, I lost 60 lbs. Then, I lost all momentum, stayed at the same weight for over a year, then started creeping back up.

Haven't given up.
