Hi Dennis here.
I have been a member for a while. I am more concerned with the health aspect of nutrition and exercise but would like to see a loss of 20 pounds goal weight 165.
I walk, jog, lift moderate weights. I try to get 10,000 steps daily.

Drink the water, Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep. Some what healthy now.


Just keep going. Just be the healthiest person I can be.
I want to thank everyone that has accepted me as friend. I wish everyone the best in everything. Challenge to me and you is to be Blessed and Unstoppable.

Fitness Minutes: 23,838

My Goals:
1. I would like to get my next A1C below 6.0
2. Run/walk 14 miles a week.


My Program:
Life moderate weights. 45 pound dumbbell, 30 pound kettlebell. EZ bar; weight 60 pounds. Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Throw Discus, Softball, Football, Javelin. 2 to 3 times a week. Shot put when weather permits.
Sprint 2 to 3 times a week. Jump 2 to 3 times a week.
Sleep minimum of 7 hours nightly. Eat Keto. Try to cut out the cheat days. Goal weight 165 pounds to help control the Diabetes Type 2.



Personal Information:
I try to be the most Healthy unhealthy person. I have some disadvantages that I am trying to make healthy stepping stones.
The Disadvantages. 1. Diabetes 2 Sleep Apnea 3 Cancer 2009. 4 Skin Cancer 2014. 5 Guillain-Barre Syndrome. The Guillain-Barre has compromised my immune system. No flu shots, pneumonia shots, r tetanus, diphtheria, whooping cough shot. Basically anything that would keep me alive is not an option. So Shelter in Place is my current option.

    Happy Friday! It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. The laundry, I mean. Since most of us do laundry at least once a week, I thought you might like to have a good chuckle while doing the weekly laundry. Let's start offf with the most important question . . .

    Why don't men do the laundry?
    Because the washer and dryer don't come with a remote control.

    Let's be honest, how much fun is it really doing the laundry?

    Sign over the washing machines - Please remove all your clothes when the light goes out.

    Sign at the dry cleaners - Drop your pants here, and you will receive prompt attention.

    Washing ton - and that's NO joke!
