Introduction Text Update February 10, 2021 Never give up! it doesn't matter how many times you fall. What matters is how many times you get up. So today I'm back up and I will never stop getting back up. I am strong and I am changed, Fearless! Love Much - Live Well - Laugh Often

To step out of my comfort zone and try something different this month. This week to make sure I log every meal every bite.

I'm a independent coach for a wonderful program that has helped me change my lifestyle and my life. My husband has joined me in this program and is crushing every goal he has set out to make and loving the changes too.

I have RA, Acid Reflex and DDD with fusion in 3 sections of my neck. With my diet change my inflammation has improved some and don't feel so bloated. Even though RA will not disappear you can improve your symptoms with diet change and make it more manageable. I don't have symptoms of Acid Reflex and hope to get off my meds with my lifestyle changes.

I love my family and want to enjoy them with this new lifestyle change. My interest are crafts, couponing, camping, motorcycles, family time and my rescued pets (pit-bull Butch and black cat Jinx).
