Starting over -- Getting healthy -- Learning to love myself


I'm on a journey of change. Getting myself healthy both in body and mind. Goal is to lose over 150 lbs. My time frame is two yrs. Improve my eating habits, and get serious about exercise. Also trying to eliminate negative thinking, and love myself.

I have many health issues: RA, Fibro, degenerative disc diabetes, Hypothyroidism, & the list goes on.

I'm ready to stand up to the challenges that I face. I going to start with baby steps. Something is better than ...
