Introduction Text My name is Nicholas and I have been on this health journey since August 6, 2009. Standing at 5 feet 8 inches, my starting weight was 270.4 pounds. After proving to myself I could lose 100 pounds, I began to concentrate on my body composition. I started running June 1, 2010, and I was hooked! I hope to inspire and motivate others in my quest to run 50 races this year. I truly believe I was born to run!

Embody a holistic approach to training (nutrition, fitness, wellness). Train for strength, flexibility, and endurance.
