Hey. I'm Anna. I am here to lose weight, be more self confident, and become more motivated. I weigh 230 and I'd like to get down to 160 at least. Today is Jan 24, 2012 and I have just now started to get with the program. I have set a workout plan and am going to start eating healthier. I have lost a few pounds but I have at least 50 to get to my target weight! I can and will do it eventually! But hopefully by summer 2012!

At 15-16, I use to weigh 280, in high school and everyone made fun of me so I stopped eating meat and became a vegetarian. At 17, I lost 90 lbs and got down to 190. That is the smallest I can remember ever being. Slowly I began to put my weight back on and got back up to 235. At 20-21, I got on a roller-coaster of ups and downs from 200-235. Up and down.

I started a new diet and exercising on 8-29-11 when I weighed in at 229-230. Today is 9-1-11 and I weighed in this morning at 223. I have been working out to The Firm Express dvds and playing Zumba wii game.

I believe if I keep going at the same rate I currently am, I will do good. I want to be at 150-175 range by summer 2012. I've just got to stay in this mindset and keep motivated. No snacking! No eating late and going right to bed!!!
