    Hi. If you want/need a little push...consider joining us for an 9 week challenge.

    Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges. It is similar to the Biggest Loser team. There are 3 teams that compete within the X-Weighted team. We do ATC (All Teams Challenge) various challenges (nutrition, fitness etc.) The main requirement is to post your weight weekly. The ATC challenges and/if individual teams have challenges are optional (however, very beneficial). If you have any questions, please let me know.

    Welcome to Sparkpeople - I see you have been a member for awhile but am glad to seeing you participating now.

    Have you updated your Sparkpage? If not consider doing so - one way to let everyone know that you have updated it is to start with the date - I have started updating mine monthly - just putting in at the top the date (such as April 30) and something short on how that month went.

    Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will find encouragement and motivation.
