Introduction Text The scripture I now live by: Luke 12:22-34 (N I V) "Do Not Worry" 22: Then Jesus said to his disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23 Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. A little about me: I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, and we are having our first baby to be induced December 26th 2010. My hubby and I have been married for almost five years now. I am a teacher and my hubby is an accountant. We are most excited because we will be having a baby in just a couple of weeks unless he decides to come sooner. I am currently on bed rest, and can't wait to be able to move around again! I can't wait to see my baby boy. Very soon I will embark on a weight loss journey I have never been on as I will be losing baby weight. Can't wait to see how that goes. I will welcome support from other mommies who have done this! :) UPDATE: Just had my beautiful baby, December 28th, 2010! To eat a well balanced diet encompassing all food groups. Exercise daily, increasing intensity as I get stronger each day. Lose about 20-30 pounds total after pregnancy. By the time I go back to work. *****Help Others achieve their fitness & diet goals!*****

Just had the baby, so I'm going to start out light, then go into hardcore Slim in 6 workouts.
