Introduction Text I officially started sparking in April and was off like a light, but the then the light became a dull glow. I have picked myself up by the boot straps and am starting again. This time with more accountibility. I am so tired so trying to lose weight that it is time to make it real.

1) To lose weight. 2) Get in shape again. 3) Feel like I have conquered food and quit feeling like I am under its control. 4) Want to go shopping again. 5) Feel healthy and want to jump out of bed instead of drag out of bed. 6) Do what I say I am going to do.
