I've gotten much better with the emotional/bored eating, too...yesterday I simply caved to a craving. Everything just kept falling on top of each other, and I don't know if there was any way out. I really kinda felt like going to sleep at like, 7:30 because when I woke up, it would HAVE to be better!

Yeah, major storm-age last week Thursday, and one tornado touched down for 6 minutes at the gym....a second one touched down not far away...I literally couldn't drive my car down the road because there was a) so much debris in the road (and I'm talking lawn furniture and I couldn't see a house) and b) the water was up past my car's bumper. Plus add the swirling hail we got just before the tornado....it was like NOTHING I've seen before (and I love watching storms!)
Yesterday was a positively terrible day...although somehow, I managed to keep my food *mostly* within the ranges on here when I went and tracked it. Not sure how, knowing what I ate, but hey, it's their numbers! LOL Tried to put a workout in last night, but gave up after 45 minutes and 3 different cardio-exercise attempts, after everything that had already gone wrong yesterday.
But, today's a new day, got some sleep, got to work on time (although I didn't get my protein smoothie made...oops)...but now I'm going to go eat the lunch I brought

Hey chica! I went to see my trainer last Tuesday and she beat me up :) She's been dissecting food logs that I've been sending, too. Did yoga on Monday and was going to Zumba last night, but things really fell apart so I'm going today and taking Diana with me! The gym was closed for 4 days cuz a tornado ran over it, so that didn't help anything, lol
