    emoticon The lesson I take from that quote is that we must find and follow the path that leads us toward our goals but that we need to be sure to partake of and learn from the experiences along the way. Following the path is more important than reaching the top of the mountain (our goals). The learning we do is of prime importance!
    I know that I was not ready to change my life when I lost the weight before because loosing the weight was my only focus. My physical body changed but my emotional and mental health did not. I can see now why I failed and regained the weight!
