My name is Channing. I live in Dallas, TX. I am originally from Savannah, GA. It is now time to get focused and get this weight off. This is God's temple and I only get one, so now it's time for me to put the right things in my body and move my body through exercise as it was intended. I hope to meet people who I can encourage and you can encourage me as well. I don't choose to compete. We are all in it to WIN! My goal is to remain consistent with it. This is a change of my lifestyle, not a diet!!! Let's go! Just do it!

I really want to go hard at this weight loss for 2012. I would prefer to lose 15 lbs a month, but 10 lbs will be fine, if I lose 10 per month. I think I will even strive for 20 lbs a month. Each day, I will do 5 things that will contribute to my goal of weight loss (watch my portion size, increased walking, or taking steps instead of elevator, etc…) I will do as much cardio as I can. Morning and afternoon.

Fitness Regimen: Monday: *Leslie Sansone = 30 to 45 min (2-3 miles in morning) *Bike, treadmill, or Eliiptical in evening = 30 min *Strength train for 30 min on gym equipment Tuesday: *Leslie Sansone = 30 to 45 min (2-3 miles in morning) *Evening = a class or more cardio Wednesday: *Leslie Sansone = 30 to 45 min (2-3 miles in morning) *Bike, treadmill, or Eliiptical in evening = 30 min *Strength train for 30 min on gym equipment Thursday: *Leslie Sansone = 30 to 45 min (2-3 miles in morning) *Leslie Sansone = 60 min ( 4-5 miles in evening) or Taebo Tape in evening Friday: *Leslie Sansone = 30 to 45 min (2-3 miles in morning) *Bike, treadmill, or Eliiptical in evening = 30 min *Strength train for 30 min on gym equipment Saturday: * cardio in morning *Clean house Sunday: *REST
