Introduction Text Hi there! :-) A 44 year old teacher from northwestern PA... trying to continue balancing my school life and my home life. Trying to find a new way to live-- a new way to eat-- a new way to incorporate exercise into my daily life, as a breast cancer survivor who is working with the challenges of lymphedema. Life is good! My next goals are as follows: 1) Do some form of trackable exercise everyday except Sunday. 2) Get back to using my food tracker EVERY DAY-- (no more "cheating!")

1) Continuing to track my food daily. 2) Some form of exercise everyday. 3) Weighing myself 1x a week. 4) Donating all clothes as I shrink out of them. :-)

Rewards: As I downsize myself, I will be eliminating my larger clothes and allowing myself to replace them by buying "new" ones (at least they will be new to me)!
