Hello, my name is Ania.
A little bit about me and my weight ups and downs.
Since the age of 15 my height is the same 166 cm (65.35“), but my weight it is another story.
•1980-1993- my weight fluctuate 150-159 lb

In the end of 1993 we relocated from Poland to USA, and in the first 3 months I gained 20 lb.
The food was more processed, and loaded with sugar, comparing to what I was eating in my old country. Also, we drove everywhere instead of walking.
•1993-2010 my weight 185-204 lb

•In April 2010-198 lb I joined Spark People, and by monitoring my meals and exercise I was able to lose 40 pounds slowly within 2 years. I felt great.
•2012 through 2014-159 lb

Unfortunately in 2014 uninvited and unwelcome menopause knocked on my door, and through the last 4 years brought back 30 of my unwanted pounds.
•2015 starting at 188 lb
•2016 after thoroughly research I decided that only ketogenic diet can help me to keep those unwanted pounds away.
• I ended 2018 with the keto diet help at 160 lb. I reached my original goal.

•2019- I set up another final goal to reach 145 lb

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy, and if possible bring my weight to 160 pounds. This goal has been achieved. My new goal is 150 lb.


My Program:
I like hiking, biking, kayaking
My husband and I bike 20-25 miles each weekend from March till the end of October. We are also members of Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, Rails-to-Trails Conservancy whose mission it is to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines.
Our second favorite cardio open 365 days a year is climbing 126 limestone stairs ascending at what appeared to be a 90-degree grade lead to the top of a former toboggan run at Swallow Cliff. It is only 15 min away from our house and we often stop there on a way
