My Goals:
My goal is to stay healthy and to continue losing weight.

My Program:
 Going to the gym four days per week. Using exercise videos one to two days per week. Walking about twenty miles per week.


Personal Information:
I live in South Central Kentucky. (Central time Zone) I am a retired teacher. I have two grown children, and two grand daughters.

Other Information:
 I like to travel, read, shop, work on my house, and exercise.

    Annie....good to hear you are doing well.....I'm doing ok....I twisted my knee the other day and just now getting over it....so haven't been able to get all my steps in. Hopefully today will be a better day. Think of you often. You have a great day my dear friend :)

    Annie....good to hear from you....I thought maybe you were on vacation. Yes it is very hot here....upper 90's, and it is making it very hard to get my walks in. Today I took the day off to see the chiropractor, and next I am headed to the dentist for a cleaning.
