Getting my life back


I am now retired. I work part time to keep busy but since I have a family history in which living to 100 seems to be a norm, I felt it was time to lose weight so the next 45 years are healthy ones.
I am now retired. I work part time to keep busy but since I have a family history in which living to 100 seems to be a norm, I felt it was time to lose weight so the next 45 years are healthy ones.

Fitness Minutes: 144,420

My Goals:
To reach my normal weight of 125 pounds.
Losing the weight should lower my cholesterol.

My Program:
 I have a stationary bike, treadmill and sauna which I will use along with Yoga, Pilates.

I take vitimins and supplements.

    thanks for stopping by...I loved your comment about cleaning to work off anger. I have less issues now than when I was younger but I still get into situations where I'm cornered by difficult people. Part of me doesn't like giving them the satisfaction of feeling they have gotten to me. I like to think that restraint and control is a sign of maturity.

    Thanks for your tip about the trash can. I don't get to craft fairs or go many places. I go to the grocery store, to the nursing home, to church and stay home. My husband hates to shop. He likes to sit at home on the weekend and read the newspaper, watch TV and nap.

    I will keep my eye out for one though. I might have to go to City Market and see if any of the vendors there sell wood creations. It is downtown and someplace I could get to by myself.
