Have to share this with you - this weekend we had a family reunion at the state park where we used to camp out years ago. There is a beautiful waterfall that is a good hike away from the park but to hike to the falls had been a long term goal of mine for several years now. On Saturday I said I wanted to try it and even though hubby said I wasn't ready. I wanted to do it. I said I could just stop and go back if I couldn't make it! We hiked all the way to the falls and them climbed down the rocks to soak our feet in the pool at the bottom of the falls! What an amazing feeling that was - I really wish I had carried my camera. I know now that I can do anything I set my mind to (even if it takes me a little longer than most!) Sending hugs and thanks to you for not giving up on me!! I am making progress! 1336 days ago

Just checking in! I am still working on all of my goals, even though it's very slow progress. I should have started 40 years earlier - but have decided that it's not too late until one is 6 feet under. My steps streaks don't show up on SP because of good days and bad days but over all average is great! Nutrition goals are being met except on hospital days (their food definitely doesn't qualify as healthy) and weight is creeping back down toward my goal so I am happy!
