My Goals:
Im going to be healthy and fit for life, i had a terrible car accident when i was 20 and it tripped me up for a few years but i wont have that any longer!

My Program:
 I walk 4 days a week along with other activities. I also do toning exercises.

Hello all! Cant wait to make new friends who are aiming for the same sort of goal i am!

Other Information:
 I love...LOVE!! reading, music, my pets, my family, my wonderful boyfriend..im most always happy and lighthearted, i think life is to short to get down about things.
