My Goals:
I started 2015 wanting to lose 10kg. I lost 8kg and then stopped recording my food and activity. It's now 1 November 2015 and I want to lose another 2kg before 25 December 2015.
My Program:
I am trying to eat around 1300 calories a day and run 3x week with 1x strength training....little steps.

My Goals:
I started 2015 wanting to lose 10kg. I lost 8kg and then stopped recording my food and activity. It's now 1 November 2015 and I want to lose another 2kg before 25 December 2015.
