Introduction Text I want to have a healthier lifestyle and not have to always work so hard to eat healthy. Right now I have to making a conscious effort to eat healthy. I am hoping the longer I do it the more naturally it will come to me. I really want to get back to the weight I was before I had my second son (140#). I have struggled with my weight for most of my life because I have had a distorted relationship with food. I ate emotionally and binge ate when I knew I was going to diet. I was inconsistent with my goals and usually gave up before I saw any results. I realize now that I need more support and I plan on getting it this time : )

I have become addicted to reading Romance Novels. Julie Garwood, Judith McNaught, Jude Deveraux and Johanna Lindsey are my favorite authors so far.
