    I hope this message finds you safe, healthy & happy this holiday season. As usual 2008 has been one heck of a year.
    All four of my kids are happy & healthy. They are all growing like weeds & eating us out of house & home!-LOL!!
    My husband's work schedule has been a little CrAzy--working nights... but he still manages to spend time with all of us as much as possible. I (Camelia) am still managing our wacky household by keeping everyone balanced, fed & happy.

    I haven't kept track of my resting heart rate. But, I'm sure it's going down. This reminds me...I can't wait to get my physical so that I can shock the stethescope right off my doctor! She's always giving me that look of disappointment when I would tell her that I don't really work out...
