Introduction Text My name is Azalia but my friends call me Sally. I been married to a wonderful man for almost 29 years now. We have one son and 2 grandchildren. We live in East Chicago, Indiana where most of the time it's cold.

My Goal is to loose about 50 lbs by November is this year.

I started out with stretch exercises for 5 minutes and drinking some water which is hard for me. Doing some cardio,walking my treadmill for 20 minutes. Eating more fruits and vegies.

My real name is Azalia, I''m 48 and happily married for 28 years to a wonderful man. I live in Northwest, Indiana and I am here because I want to lose 50 lbs. I weigh about 190 right now so I''m trying to lose weight and be a healthier person.

I''m a Christian and love to read my bible and other inspirational books. I started scrapbooking but not doing very well with that. I love christian music and like to sing. My husband and I do christian marriage counseling, so we''re here for any couple who might need some encouraging words or help in any way.
