Hi, I'm a 45 year old wife and mother of 3. I've been married for 26 years and for most of those years I've been overweight. It just kept creeping up.
I started here at 198lbs (Jan 09)
Completed a "Best Loser" contest at our gym and lost a total of 9.6% of my body weight (17.7lbs)!!! (April 09)
Then life got complicated and once again I let the weight creep back up. i am learning to live with where I am right now instead of waiting until I am x amount ...

To walk/exercise at least 2x a week
To drink at least 4 glasses of water a day
To lose 5lbs (190 down to 185)
To write 1 new song
To write 1 new poem
To write 1 short story
To create 1 new painting
To finish the front landscaping
To have a garage sale to get rid of excess stuff!
To organize my classroom library for the fall
To do at least1 thing every month to de-junk my home/life/etc
To keep my home more clean

More WATER
Portion control
More protein less junk

I am a 6th grade math and science teacher.
I am a songwriter.
I am a poet.
I love to ride my Harley!
