Introduction Text Hello from the mountain state of West Virginia. http://lifeonamountain.blogspot.com/ My health and fitness goals: I want to feel better about me, like Oprah said, I "have to love myself." When my clothes are tight, like they are now, I get so mad at me. I give thanks for my body, that it does what I need it do. From a Sparkpeople article about setting goals: "DO leave room for failure. DON’T expect perfection. "Persistence is key. Accept the fact that you might not make it on the first try. In a recent study, only 40% of people who successfully followed New Year's resolutions did it on the first try; 17% of resolution achievers took six or more tries before they got it right – but they did get it right."

The tendency to set goals is the #1 determiner of success. One goal is to reclaim my health, the other is to reclaim my wardrobe!

Use the nutrition tracker, keep with in my calorie range. Walk 5x week.

Mom to five grown children and one daughter in law. Retired, working part time for a local bank. Love the outdoors... Especially the Mountains and Valleys of West Virginia.

Hobbies-reading, crochet I love music. I always have a song in my head. What's important to me- FAMILY & FRIENDS
