Introduction Text I have struggled with my weight since my early twenties, more often then not, in the up position of the yo yo. I joined Spark People in 2012 and slowly lost 25 pound over three years, in December 2015 I embraced nutritional ketosis. I lost another 30-35 pounds and have kept it all off for two years. Now I want to lose that last twenty pounds or so of body fat and build up my lean muscle mass. I am in fantastic health, all my biological/medical markers are optimum except for HBP. This last twenty pounds is all about vanity…lol

LCHF/ Keto diet Daily exercise combinations of walking, kettle bells, Vinyasa Yoga and/or Stretching.

I live in a small town in the mountains of southern BC Canada. Living in a small town has it's shopping challenges but makes up for it by having amazing outdoor recreation opportunities.

I LOVE to play outside. It takes the work out of working out..ha ha ha I'm playingout!
