Introduction Text Hi everyone! I'm a 34 year old mom of 2, and as my screen name indicates, I live by the beach. My husband Craig is a hard working man in great shape and I wanna catch up! Having kids and using birthcontrol has spun my body out of shape, out of whack, and out of control. I've tried every diet out there, but to no avail... that fat always came back! I decided to learn things on my own so I started studying nutritional therapy. I've learned a lot about food and have learned to look at it differently. My main goal is to go from a size 20 to a size 10 in a healthy manner. I don't really care how long it takes... I just want good health!

I've cut out meat from at least 5 meals a week, I'm eating more fresh, raw foods, and I'm walking for at least 60 minutes 5 times a week. During the warmer months (about 10 months out of the year) I'm also swimming about 4 times a week.

My name is Sofia and I live on the east coast of Florida. I love this warm weather but most of all I love the beach.

I love watching movies! Some of my faves are "300", "Hero", and "Finding Nemo" I love to read, but the only thing I've had time to read are my study books for my real estate exam. I also LOVE music... I love concerts and just listening all day. My favorite groups right now are Relient K, Skillet, Superchick, John Reuben, Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, FM Static... there's so many great ones! In my spare time I'm an advocate for those without a voice... the unborn, and I'm very actively involved at my kids' school.
