I'm excited about trying the Spark diet. I've never really done a diet or exercise program like this before and I've never had the experience of going through a program like this with a group of other gals. I'm really looking forward to losing this weight and enjoying the process as I go along.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose almost 20 lbs. I would like to have lost all or at least a significant portion of that weight by the time we make our trip to Barbados at the end of May. I also want to exercise regularly and improve some of my bad habits like nightime snacking!
My Program:
I am currently using Weight Watchers Flex plan to track my points daily. I am also making an effort to get in a small amount of exercise on most days. I'm also drinking my daily water and taking my daily multivitamin and calcium supplements.
Personal Information:
I am from Southern California and I live about 2 miles from the beach. I have been happily married for 3 years with no children yet. I work in sales for a kid's educational brand. I love my life and I want to enjoy it.
Other Information:
I love setting goals and achieving them. I am very self motivated when I am driven to accomplish something, but I also really thrive on positive feedback and encouragement from others.
