Introduction Text Hello. My name is Brenda. I am 45 years old. I live in a small town in Tennessee. I am a tech in a hospital laboratory. I am passionate about God and my family. I want to glorify God, be healthier and feel better, have more energy and live my life to it's fullest.

I'm starting out by doing portion control and keeping my carbs below 250 a day. I am also following the Spark plan. I am doing the "Lord's Table" bible study and learning to feast on Him instead of food.

I live in a small town in middle Tennessee. I'm 45 years old. I'm a lab tech in a small hospital laboratory. I have two wonderful sons. My oldest, Matt, who is married to Tanya. They have a daughter, Katie. My youngest, Josh, still lives at home while he finishes school.

I enjoy spending time with God, digital scrapping, beading, cooking, reading and spending time with my family. We have a shi-tzu named, Moxie, who has no clue she's a dog. Sssshhhhh!
