Way to go HOLDINGMYOWN I stepped on the scale it said 250 and I'm 5'2" my blood pressure is up even when I take my meds regularly. I was weighing 236 and gain to 250 that much during COVID and I lost about 4lbs then I STARTED to slide back to sweet bingeing and I knew I needed to be accountable to loose this weight and gain a healthy life style. So at this point I have lost 6lbs and I do one day at a time 250 days ago

Thank you for adding me as a friend. I have also added you. I am 5 ft and have weighed as much as 250 lbs. Got 90 lbs off the first time Stopped smoking & gained it all back over the next 6 years Started again to eat healthy in Oct 2017...... Lost 70 lbs up till May 2019.... Gradually started putting it back on.....first summer & family....then Christmas....then Corona virus....so nearly 40 lbs heavier than a year ago!
Got off the run-away-train AGAIN this week....
Bottom line....
NEVER EVER GIVE UP! The more you get your head back in the game! The more likely you are to lose!
BTW...I never went back to smoking....9 yrs smoke free come October!
