I hope I can lose weight and keep it off this time with a healthier lifestyle, prayer and help from all my friends and teams on Spark People. I choose what to eat. I choose when to move. I choose how to live.

Exercise is helping me, especially swimming. Mostly I just try to choose healthier foods and be as active as I can with my health challenges. My weight is melting away very slowly but I am thankful for progress I have made on my health journey so far.
