Moving forward!


Hi!

I joined Sparkpeople in Sept, 2007, after carrying around the website address for months.

I've had some false starts since then.

I finally feel that I am trying to make this change for the right reason. For me, for my health, and because I want to.

My Goals:
I am trying to go from 183 (with a brief detour to 192) to 130, however long that takes.

My Program:
 I am going to make small changes until they are habits, and add more and more until I see big results.
