My Goals:
My goal is to lose all my surplus weight. I lost three stone in 2006 but didn't lose any weight last year.
I am determined to do better in 2008.

My Program:
 1. To join
Weightwatchers.
2. To walk at least 2
miles a day.
3. To drink 8 glasses of
water a day.
