Healthy choices
Cycling, Pickelball, and enjoying the out of doors with others is what I enjoy. Getting to the best health possible and doing it with others is my goal on Sparkpeople.
I would love to find others in the Portland/Vancouver WA area that would like to have a workout buddy. I find supporting another's motivation helps us both achieve a higher level of commitment to reaching a goal.

My Goals:
Enjoy a minimum of 60 minutes of bicycle or spin cycling riding a day, weather permitting. Play Pickleball 5 days a week at 2-3 hours/day. Meet others who would like to share the experience.
My Program:
Ride every day. Go to the club and spincycle if weather does not allow an outside ride. Keep caloric intake to under 1600 / day and keep fiber intake above 35 grams.
Personal Information:
Level 4 Melanoma survivor, clean now for 20 years.
Big believer in finding the balance of nature and science when working on health and disease issues.
