I'm a now 25 year old student, I grew up in Venezuela, and came here about 6 years ago. When I came I weighed about 114 lbs. and I remember going to the doctor once about a year after and weighing in 119 and saying to the nurse that I was actually over my weight, and her pretty much laughing in my face, saying I was crazy and that I was fine... now I'm weighing at 144, well, 142.2 as of this morning : ) I blame a few things, aside of myself of course. While in Venezuela I rarely ate junk food, always good, always healthy and walked everywhere! and worked out 5 days a week! when I came here I didn't have anywhere to work out, did a little jogging but then moved, and this isn't the best area so I don't like risking it. College stress, and personal issues, including my best friend's death all contributed to a long lived depression that ended in falling grades, me gaining weight and getting more depressed because of it : ( which is a never ending cycle and am sick of it. I am now in between in a size 10 and denying to buy at any cost a size 12, 10 still fits damn it. I started at 3-4, then 4-5 and so on. I'm sick of it. I decided to loose weight and I'm going to freaking do it. I already tried atkins and south beach and I lost about 10 lbs, but gained 8 back, so that sucked. I heard about this on tyra and it seemed good, so far I like it. In any way I have to loose the weight before the trip! That's my goal! if I can get back to 117 by then that would be awesome!!!! Wish me luck!!!!

My Goals:
To get to 120 by Graduation on June 13 and look BEAUTIFUL as I walk to get that degree!!!

My Program:
Work out at least 4 times a week, mostly cardio. 30-45 min on eliptical depending on energy level, though I try to push myself the most I can. Do at least 15 min of strenght twice a week.

Stay within calorie range.

Personal Information:
I am now 25, and I'm about to graduate this coming June 13th and I'll like to look great for that oh so awaited moment.

Other Information:
Always try your best you'll feel proud of yourself even if the result isn't the one you were expecting at the beginning :-D

    Hi Blessful! I am between here and there and everywhere lately! My weight is still okay, no big fantastic progress though. I guess I am more turtle-like, slow and steady. How are you doing? Job hunting or enjoying the summer. Our weather is not cooperating with my vision of the "ideal" summer. I need warmer weather. I'll be leaving this weekend, heading to the west coast. After all the activity, I'll be checking in on a daily basis again! I still need to loose the last 12#'s. emoticon What about you? What is going on with you?

    Hiya Bless, You are doing great! I am still not sure about staying where I am or trying to lose another 5 pounds. This week I'm not tracking- I want to see how I do just living and eating as a normal person, hehe. The only problem is that now I'm out of food until I get paid on Friday. Oh! Have you seen the infomercial for the Ab Circle Pro? I ordered it and it came on Monday. It is sooooo much fun! It was a little pricey but I think its going to help with the couple trouble spots I have left :) Have a great day!
